What you send me
- Formulario de contacto: nombre, correo, tema, mensaje y el idioma en que viste la página.
- WhatsApp y correo: si me escribes por ahí, recibo lo que compartas en esa conversación. WhatsApp es un servicio de Meta con su propia política de privacidad.
- Contact form: name, email, topic, message and the language you viewed the page in.
- WhatsApp and email: if you reach me there, I receive whatever you share in that conversation. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy policy.
Lo que se registra automáticamente
What is logged automatically
Como cualquier servidor web, el hosting guarda registros técnicos (dirección IP, navegador, página solicitada y hora) para seguridad y para que el sitio funcione. No los uso para identificarte ni para crear perfiles.
Like any web server, the hosting keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, page requested and time) for security and to keep the site running. I don't use them to identify you or build profiles.
Lo que no hago: no vendo tus datos, no los alquilo y no los comparto para publicidad de terceros.
What I don't do: I don't sell your data, rent it or share it for third-party advertising.
03Para qué los usoHow I use it
- Responder tu mensaje y darle seguimiento a lo que me pediste.
- Preparar una propuesta o gestionar un proyecto si decidimos trabajar juntos.
- Mantener el sitio seguro y evitar spam (el formulario tiene un filtro anti-bots).
- Replying to your message and following up on what you asked.
- Preparing a proposal or managing a project if we decide to work together.
- Keeping the site secure and blocking spam (the form has an anti-bot filter).
Uso tus datos porque tú me los das para que te conteste, o porque son necesarios antes de firmar un acuerdo contigo. Solo te enviaré contenido de marketing si lo pides expresamente, y puedes darte de baja cuando quieras.
I use your data because you give it to me so I can reply, or because it's needed before we sign an agreement. I'll only send you marketing content if you explicitly ask for it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

05Cuánto tiempo los guardoHow long I keep it
- Mensajes de contacto: hasta 24 meses si no se convierten en un proyecto. Después los borro.
- Clientes: mientras dure la relación y el tiempo que exijan las obligaciones fiscales y contables.
- Preferencias en tu navegador: hasta que las borres tú (ver la sección de cookies).
- Contact messages: up to 24 months if they don't become a project. Then I delete them.
- Clients: for as long as we work together and as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Preferences in your browser: until you clear them (see the cookies section).
